Shillington’s Diversity in Design program.
Diversity in Design
Shillington’s Diversity in Design program adds to evolving efforts to support and strengthen equity by cultivating diverse and inclusive representation in the design industry—within our classrooms and beyond.
The program includes an annual full scholarship for the Shillington graphic design course and industry mentorships open to budding graphic designers from underrepresented backgrounds. This may include but is not limited to race, ethnicity, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, social class, physical ability or attributes.

“Accessibility to design education is crucial as it provides equal opportunities to acquire the skills needed to create impactful designs. It helps give a voice to underrepresented communities in the design industry, bringing in new perspectives, leading to better design outcomes and a more inclusive society.”
