About Shillington Education
Shillington was formed out of necessity. Back in 1997, Andrew Shillington ran a busy design studio, but kept coming up short on his hunt for junior designers. There was plenty of passion but less-than-impressive proficiency. He found most graduates weren’t prepared with high-level technical skills and the ability to work efficiently to tight deadlines. So he decided to do something about it.
In 1997, Andrew founded Shillington—pioneering a new way of learning for design students to fast-track their creative career from nowhere to somewhere.
Twenty five years later and our story is still evolving. We now have campuses in Australia, the UK and the US and a dedicated Online Course and seen graduates achieve incredible things, but we’ve always stayed true to our original mission and model. Things move fast at Shillington, and we plan on keeping it that way.

Should I study full-time or part-time?
Totally up to you! It depends on your availability and learning style. Full-time is an immersive 3 months (Monday to Friday, 8:00am—5:00pm). Part-time is 9 months, there are three options: Online three nights a week, In person two nights a week or Sundays (New York and London only), and a good fit for students who work full-time or have other major commitments. But apart from the duration, the full-time and part-time curriculum is identical—students create the same high quality work and get similar jobs after graduation.
