Copenhagen - For anyone into Scandinavian design, incredible food and a more relaxed pace of life, Copenhagen needs to be on your list. I was lucky enough to spend a year living there, and I'll keep going back whenever I get the chance. Don't miss the Designmuseum, and if it's sunny, head to La Banchina for a drink and a dip.
