Mollie Balch, a former senior executive with ADHD and ASD, was launching a coaching practice centred on developing neurodiverse strengths in teams. She needed a brand identity that expressed the individuality and power of diverse minds in a clear and contemporary voice.
Solution
The brand reframes neurodiversity as a shared source of strength by focusing on the potential that emerges when teams understand how different minds work together. It gives Mollie a clear language to guide conversations about strengths, collaboration, and long term progression across an organisation.
