Rolake Ojo is a doctor-turned-designer who runs &MATTER, a consultancy focused on healthcare and wellbeing branding. She is interested in how design can make complex systems feel clearer, more human and easier to engage with. She is currently expanding her practice into motion design, and is interested in projects where design can shape meaningful experiences, particularly those that balance clarity, creativity and real-world impact.
