Frances has over 20 years of experience as an instructional designer across K–12, higher education, and corporate learning. Her career has included roles as a bilingual elementary teacher, adjunct instructor, e-learning developer, technical writer, instructional designer, and learning consultant. She has developed fully online academic programs, created immersive training experiences using virtual reality, and designed microlearning assets and digital learning materials for learning and development teams. Across these roles, she focuses on translating complex ideas into clear, engaging learning experiences. Outside of work, Frances enjoys spending time with her dogs and husband, exploring coffee like a true enthusiast, and taking long walks while listening to true crime podcasts.
