Phil Cookson, Director of Creative Resource
Phil Cookson is Director of Creative Resource, a specialist recruitment company and he has been helping Creative Agencies, as well as Brands, recruit Designers and Creatives since 2004. He is also co-founder of School of Thought, a not for profit organisation, that runs a creative course and competition annually.

Ted Holden, Co-Founder of Holdens
Ted Holden has 20 years experience leading teams in the industry and is the co-founder of Holdens. One of Manchester’s leading full service creative agencies they work with an array of brands including Pizza Express, Heritage Great Britain, Silver Cross and Puma.

Karl Sanderson, Creative Director at Vivid
After graduating from UCLan with a Degree in Advertising & Communication Design, Karl Sanderson had stints at adversing agencies in Leeds and Manchester but was drawn to the bright lights of London. Following 10 successful years at several top 10 global agencies including Ogilvy, DDB & Bates Worldwide and bags full of awards he headed back to his native North, to further his career in some of the region’s best agencies. Which brought him to Vivid in Manchester, where he’s been ever since, heading up the creative department as Creative Director.

Ross MacKay, Senior Designer at Vivid and Shillington Graduate
Graduating Shillington, Ross MacKay continued designing in Manchester and has worked with brands such as Nike, Man Utd, Christy, Isle of Man and more. After creating boohoo’s digital magazine for the App Store and the WeAreUs campaign, he returned to Shillington to teach part-time. Now Senior Designer at Vivid, Ross continues to work on everything from branding to fully integrated campaigns.
