We are currently looking for a creative, highly motivated, talented Junior Designer to join our growing Content Marketing & Product teams. Working as part of a small, dynamic team you will design and develop concepts, content and digital products that are engaging and effective.

This is a great role for a multi-skilled designer able to apply design thinking and logic to a wide number of projects across both the digital and print landscapes.

Your main tasks will include:

Digital design focusing on the UX and UI of our websites, apps and digital platforms
Designing printed marketing material
Designing social media imagery and content
Designing email marketing campaigns
Problem solving with design-based solutions

To succeed as a Junior Designer, you will need to have the following skills:

Great design skills (print and digital) demonstrated by a broad portfolio of work
A comprehensive understanding how to use design to communicate ideas effectively.
Understanding of UX and UI principles
Proficiency in the Adobe Creative suite
Experience using UX/UI design software (Figma or Sketch)
Ability to effectively interpret briefs and also to work independently
Understanding of print processes and ability to create print ready files
Video editing and animation (not essential but highly regarded)

Qualities:

Strong communicator, both verbally and in written form
Problem solving capabilities
Ability to work as part of a wider marketing team with multiple stakeholders
Proven ability to work accurately to deadlines
Ability to give and receive positive and constructive feedback on design projects
Be able to produce and manage multiple project workstreams

Educational qualifications:

English fluency
Visual communication, design or UX design qualification
