The designer will collaborate and assist with front-end web design and programming, marketing campaigns and overall firm marketing strategies.

Our methodology is informed by TrimTabs Investment Research’s 25 years of experience delivering proprietary research, as well as conducting groundbreaking real-time analysis of equity market liquidity, free cash flow, and macroeconomic trends.

Job Introduction
The job holder should be as comfortable working through detailed instructions when updating forms, or creating web assets, as when bringing flair and creativity to the branding of our investment product and research.
• Working with channel managers, create and update promotional material, for print, web and social media, ensuring quality control, accuracy, and timeliness
• Challenge existing design approaches and put forward fresh creative thinking as appropriate, contributing to briefing discussions with content owners
• Understand content and data in order to lay it out in an attractive, clear and user-friendly way
• Champion the brand, through a consistent and innovative application
• Safeguard and maintain brand assets, including guidelines, paragraph styles, templates, color palettes, image libraries, zebras
• Ensure strict version control is in place
• Careful checking of all work to minimize rework
• Develop a good knowledge of products and services
• Work in Illustrator, Indesign, and Photoshop, using pre-existing templates plus developing new templates for a wide range of outputs, e.g. charts, sales aids, event branding, infographics
• Clear and supportive documented and verbal handovers will be essential

Skill/Attributes Required

• Relevant experience using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop)
• Relevant experience creating websites in WordPress and building front-end applications a plus
• Experience in financial services essential; within asset management desirable
• Good knowledge of Excel and a good grasp of data
• Experience of job sharing or working closely with other designers on shared jobs desirable
