27 June 2020
The Type Director’s Club hosts virtual salons with designers, curators and writers, giving creatives an opportunity to share their work and connect with others who love typography. Yomar Augusto is an educator and he has taught across Asia, Europe, South and North America, and enjoys helping students find their own creative style. He has held many other experimental calligraphy and book art workshops around the world. He also owns a design and typographic studio, Tooya, based in California.
In this virtual workshop, Yomar will be taking participants through an immersive series of exercises to create a four-letter uppercase word. For the full details on what you will need, makes sure to check the supplies list here.
The workshop takes place on 27 June from 11:00am ET—12:00pm ET.
